Water therapy might get you well faster than a medical protocol for certain illness. At any rate, dehydration is an issue for most of us – increasing water intake may help you feel better quickly!
It developed after she stopped. Fortunately, a friend of hers, another doctor, told her about water therapy.
She looked it up online and put together a protocol that she practiced daily and today, three years after stopping smoking, her lungs are pink and healthy. She does not have bronchial asthma anymore. My friend still drinks a lot of water – not the original get well protocol but she does not allow herself to get dehydrated. Prior to taking up the water therapy, she didn’t particularly like water so this was an educational and rewarding experience for her.

The Water Therapy Protocol
- Upon rising, first thing in the morning drink 44.45 oz – 5 glasses of water ( 8 oz each) on empty stomach. Thereafter, no solid or liquid should be taken for 45 minutes. Do not bathe or brush your teeth before you drink water.
- Normal breakfast can be taken after 45 minutes elapsed.
- Nothing either solid or liquid should be taken for 2 hours after breakfast,
The same as with lunch and dinner.- After dinner nothing should be taken before bedtime or sleep.
If sick or elderly one may find it difficult to drink 5 glasses of water at one sitting. Increase gradually to the recommended level over a short period of time.
Arthritis Protocol
Those who are suffering from arthritis should try this experiment three (3) times a day for one (1) week and thereafter reduce to once in the morning. For the first few days one may experience passing urine more than normal but without side effect.

Dr Batmanghelidj’s protocol: Drink half your weight in water daily. Add 1/4 tsp of sea salt to each quart of water. It’s important to use sea salt rather than processed salt because there are more minerals in unprocessed salt.

Blue Solar Water

I first heard of blue solar water from Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. He says it will clear your memories. While clearing illness from your body, one can combine the two modalities and clear the spiritual and the material.
Dr. Len is well known world wide for his association with Ho’oponopono. He has been practicing the updated Ho’oponopono since November of 1982. He was taught the process by Kahuna Lapa’au Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, who was designated a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983.
Special rule about the blue solar container:
Drinking lots of water is a wonderful problem solving practice, particularly if it is blue solar water. Get a blue glass container with a non-metallic cover. Pour tap water into the container.
Place the blue glass container either in the Sun or under an incandescent lamp (not a florescent lamp) for at least an hour. After the water is solarized, it can be used in several ways. Drink it. Cook with it. As a rinse after a bath or shower. Fruits and vegetables love being washed in blue solar water! As with “I love you” and “Thank you” processes, blue solar water voids memories replaying problems in the Subconscious Mind. So, drink away!
Whether you use pure water or blue solar water, water therapy is very simple, inexpensive and miraculous in its outcome for the individual and there are no side effects. Some like to use tap water and allow it to de-chlorinate for a day before using it. Just place in an open container and allow the chlorine to dissipate overnight. I use this method for my plant water – plants love this! Some also like to add 1/4 tsp of salt (non refined ocean or sea salt) to every quart.
