The Minerals Essential for Human Health

We have all heard of minerals and how important they are, but how many of us really know why they are so important and how we can maintain healthy levels? Lets take a look at the minerals essential for human health and what they do within the body.

What Are Minerals?

Every single one of us needs minerals in order to live. Just like vitamins, minerals are essential in enabling our cells to function properly. Different minerals are required for different functions within the body. While some minerals help with growth and development, others play a key role in the nervous system and metabolism. Many of the most important minerals have multiple uses; they often work together to keep the body functioning in a healthy way. These crucial minerals are also known as the major minerals essential for human health.

How much of a mineral we need for optimal health depends on a number of factors. There may be times in a persons life when they need to change their intake of a particular mineral. For example, the needs of children, pregnant women and athletes may vary from that of the average adult. It is important to ensure that adequate mineral intake is maintained and that any supplementation with minerals is carefully monitored. Remember that it is possible to have too much of a good thing and excessive levels of minerals can be dangerous!

What are the Most Important Major Minerals Essential for Human Health?

There are 6 major minerals;

  • Calcium

One of the first minerals that will come to mind for most of us is calcium. From an early age, we are told that calcium is important for strong bones and healthy teeth. While this is true, calcium is also essential for a wide range of other important tasks in the body. These include aiding blood clotting, muscle function and healthy nerves.

Calcium is found in dairy products, and also in fortified foods such as flour or breakfast cereal which often have calcium added. Leafy green vegetables, nuts and tofu are also good sources of this essential mineral.

  • Chloride

Chloride is an electrolyte that is essential in ensuring that a balance of fluid inside and outside the cells. It also plays an active role in maintaining adequate blood volume and healthy blood pressure. Chloride is found in the production of stomach acid, making it essential for healthy digestion.

While Chloride is absolutely essential for human health, it is one of the minerals that are less frequently supplemented because it is so readily available in such a wide range of foodstuffs. The most common source of chloride is in table salt, which is found in high concentrations in many foods. However, chloride is also found in rye, seaweed, and some vegetables, including lettuce and tomatoes.

  • Magnesium

Magnesium is something of a superhero in the human body, as it contributes to the healthy functioning of many of the bodys most important processes. One of the most important is in the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to healthy nerve impulses and muscle function. Deficiencies in magnesium therefore often lead to muscle cramps, tingling and impaired sensation. Magnesium also plays a role in regulating blood sugar, blood pressure, and heart rhythm.

Magnesium is found in green vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, as well as bread, fish, and meat.

  • Phosphorus

Phosphorus is best known for its role in bone and teeth health, and to do this, it works alongside calcium. However, phosphorus also likes to team up with the essential B complex vitamins. It does this in order to help with the metabolism releasing energy from food to fuel the body efficiently. Phosphorus also plays an important part in healthy growth and cell renewal and repair, making it essential in the healing process.

Phosphorus is rarely missing from the diet but deficiencies are sometimes caused by disease or medication. It can be found in foods with high protein levels such as meat, fish, dairy, eggs, nuts, and pulses.

  • Potassium

Another of the most essential minerals for human health is potassium; one of the most well-known minerals. Like magnesium, potassium is incredibly important for a healthy nervous system and muscle contraction. The heart relies on potassium for maintaining a healthy rhythm and insufficient levels of potassium can have a detrimental impact on heart health.

Potassium is famously found in bananas, but it is also found in other fruits and vegetables, as well as meat, milk and nuts, mushrooms, and potatoes.

  • Sodium

Like Chloride, sodium is important for regulating the blood pressure and maintaining the fluid balance. It is rare to have a sodium deficiency; in fact, more people have too much sodium in their bodies due to the widespread high salt intake of the modern diet. This can cause problems such as high blood pressure and so it is quite common for people to be advised to reduce or limit their salt intake in order to reduce sodium.

Sodium is found in table salt, and low levels are found in some other foods, but most of the sodium in the modern diet comes from the preservatives and flavor enhancers in processed foods.

6 Major Minerals Essential For Human Health

Micro Minerals Essential for Human Health

There are a number of minor trace minerals essential for human health, including chromium, cobalt, copper, fluorine, iodine, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, and zinc. These are required in smaller amounts by the body and so are much easier to include in a regular diet. Many of the micro minerals work alongside the major minerals and they are just as essential in keeping the various complex processes of the human body running smoothly for a healthy, happy human.

Minerals for All

Minerals are an important aspect of our health, and something we should all be aware of. A healthy balanced diet should be enough to supply the body with everything it needs, but there are times when a person may need some additional support to ensure they are getting the minerals they need. However, supplements should only ever be used under the guiding advice of a medically trained physician who can give you specific advice for your own unique requirements. The Scalar Light¢ Minerals & Precious Stones Sessions broadcast instructions 24 hours each day to facilitate a constant informational exchange between the Scalar Light¢ instruments and your bodys energy field.

As your body understands these instructions it will quickly begin to form the molecular bonds that create the essential minerals and elements usable by all the cells in your body.

The informational input (magnified photo) used by Scalar Light¢ instruments are simple electron microscope photos that take waveforms (information) and help turn them into matter.¯In this case, that matter is minerals and essential elements.

Scalar Light¢ Minerals & Precious Stones Sessions run 24 hours a day for the entire duration of your trial or program. We offer trials several times per year. You have the opportunity to try this one time if you are on our mailing list or newsletter list.

After the trial, your investment to continue with the Scalar Light¢ Mineral & Precious Stones Sessions is $75.00 per month only about $2.50 per day. Your photograph is destroyed at the conclusion of the sessions.
