  1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.ScalarLight.com and all related services, content, offers, and programs (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Scalar Light (“Scalar Light,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services in any way, including visiting the Site, registering for a free trial, purchasing a session, or submitting photographs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of another individual, family member, friend, company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to do so,
  • That entity agrees to be bound by these Terms, and
  • Neither you nor that entity is prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

  1. Eligibility & Recommendation to Use the Free Trial First
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register for any Scalar Light free trial or paid session.
  • We strongly recommend that all potential subscribers first register for the 15-Day FREE Scalar Light Trial available on the home page at www.ScalarLight.com before purchasing any paid sessions.
  • The purpose of the free trial is to allow you to experience our Services via photograph-based sessions and determine whether you wish to proceed as a paying subscriber.

Participation in the free trial does not create any obligation to purchase.

  1. Description of Services (Photo-Based Sessions Only)

Scalar Light provides remote, energy-based sessions that are administered exclusively to photographs of people, animals, plants, or objects.

Key points:

  • All Scalar Light sessions are conducted remotely, by placing your submitted photograph(s) within a scalar light instrument.
  • Scalar Light instruments are designed to influence what we describe as the scalar energy “signatures” or “force fields” associated with the photograph.
  • The instruments are not designed to administer scalar light directly to people, animals, plants, or objects in person.
  • There are no in-person Scalar Light sessions.
  • Scalar Light is described on this site using spiritual, faith-based, and theoretical language (for example, as “divine light” or “a quantum, non-physical dimension”). These descriptions reflect our beliefs and interpretations and are not statements of proven scientific or medical fact.

Scalar Light is a new and emerging concept that is not recognized by conventional science. The existence, mechanisms, and effects of scalar light as described on this site have not been established by scientific consensus.

  1. No Medical Advice – Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Scalar Light Services are non-medical, energy-based wellness services and:

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Do not replace consultation with licensed physicians, mental health providers, veterinarians, or other qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Do not establish any doctor–patient, therapist–client, or veterinarian–client relationship.

Nothing on www.ScalarLight.com or in any session, email, or communication from Scalar Light should be interpreted as:

  • Medical advice
  • A prescription
  • A diagnosis
  • A treatment plan
  • A promise of specific health outcomes

You should always consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding any questions about your health or the health of those in your care (including animals).

  1. Experimental / Theoretical Nature & Testimonials
  • Scalar Light, as described on this Site, is theoretical and experimental and has not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.
  • No scientific body, university, government agency, or independent third party has scientifically proven the existence or effects of scalar light as described in our materials.

Testimonials and case descriptions on the Site reflect the subjective experiences of individuals who have submitted photographs for Scalar Light sessions. These are:

  • Personal opinions and experiences only
  • Not guarantees of results for others
  • Not verified clinical outcomes
  • Not representative of typical or expected results

Your experience may differ, and results, if any, will vary from person to person.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its original content, logos, graphics, text, videos, and functionality, is owned by Scalar Light and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

  1. Payment, No-Refund Policy & Free Trial Requirement

7.1 Free Trial Recommendation

Before purchasing any session:

  • You are strongly encouraged, and in some instances required, to complete the FREE Scalar Light Standardized Session offered at www.ScalarLight.com.
  • This free trial is available without a credit card and without obligation and is intended to help you decide whether Scalar Light sessions are right for you.

7.2 No-Refund Policy (Single-Purchase Sessions)

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • Once a Scalar Light session has been purchased and administered to your photograph, the service is considered delivered.
  • In rare situations and at our sole discretion, we may offer an additional complimentary session (e.g., a 30-day session) in lieu of a refund. This is not guaranteed and is handled case by case by the office manager.

7.3 Recurring Subscriptions & Cancellation

For recurring monthly sessions:

  1. Some programs may require a minimum commitment period (for example, 4 months). Details will be shown at the time of purchase.
  2. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time after any minimum commitment period by contacting us:

  3. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least five (5) business days before your next billing date.
  4. If you cancel before completing a stated minimum commitment period, an early cancellation fee (for example, $50 per program) may apply, as disclosed at checkout.
  5. Fees already charged for past or current billing periods are non-refundable.
  1. Use of Photographs & Data Handling

8.1 Photographs

  • All Scalar Light sessions are administered exclusively to photographs of people, animals, plants, or objects that you submit.
  • By submitting a photograph, you represent that:
    • You have the legal right and permission to submit the photograph, and
    • You have obtained consent from the person (or owner, in the case of animals) depicted, where applicable.
  • Photographs are used solely for the purpose of administering Scalar Light sessions.
  • We delete or destroy photographs after the completion of the associated Scalar Light sessions, within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 No Medical Records or Sensitive Health Data

Please do NOT email, text, upload, or otherwise provide:

  • Medical records
  • Detailed health histories
  • Protected health information (PHI)
  • Other sensitive personal health data

If such information is received, it will be deleted in accordance with our privacy practices. Scalar Light does not store medical records and does not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.

8.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

  1. Right to Refuse Service

Scalar Light reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Refuse or discontinue Scalar Light sessions for any person, animal, plant, or object, and/or
  • Terminate or restrict access to the Site or Services for any user who is abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise acting inappropriately toward staff or other users, or who misuses the Services.

All users and subscribers are expected to communicate with courtesy and respect.

  1. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Scalar Light. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Scalar Light and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to any claims related to health, wellness, or outcomes you believe are associated with the sessions.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or Services is to stop using the Site and Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

  1. Changes to the Services & Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including the free trial, programs offered, pricing, or features.

We may also update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Site and Services.
