The Spleen Thump point is part of the lymph system, which aids the immune system by removing toxins from the body.
Finding the Spleen Point
Find the spleen point by moving your hand beneath your breasts, straight under the nipples, then move them down over the next rib. (The point is not under the ribcage, that’s going down too far).
Thumping the Spleen Neurolymphatic Reflex Point removes toxins, fights infection, modulates blood chemistry and hormones, counters dizziness and stress, and helps metabolize food.
If the spleen points are really sore, stimulate them by rubbing and the soreness should disappear in a few days. These points can be stimulated while taking three deep breaths, and even longer — for two or three minutes at a time.
If you only do one energy technique each day this is the one. Although you will probably feel an immediate surge of energy, the effects of the Three Thumps are cumulative. Over time, you will find yourself more focused, energized, and optimistic.
